Terms of Use
These terms govern access to Free Invoice Love and explain the responsibilities that come with creating and sending business documents.
1. Agreement and eligibility
By accessing or using Free Invoice Love, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter an agreement. If you use the service for a business, you represent that you may bind that business.
2. The service
Free Invoice Love helps professionals create, edit, save and deliver estimates, quotes, invoices, appointments and payment requests. Features may include natural-language assistance, public property information, document sharing, account verification and links to third-party payment or calendar services.
The service is currently offered without a subscription fee. “Free” does not include fees charged by a mobile carrier, payment processor, bank or other third party.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting access to your device and account, and notifying us if you suspect unauthorized use. A verification code is personal to the intended recipient and must not be shared. We may limit, suspend or refuse access to protect the service or other users.
4. You control every document
You remain responsible for reviewing customer details, service address, scope, measurements, prices, dates, taxes, terms, payment instructions and recipient information before using or sending a document. Free Invoice Love does not become a party to an agreement between you and your customer.
You must have permission to use the customer, property and contact information you submit and to send each communication requested through the service.
5. AI and property information
Automated output may be incomplete, incorrect or unsuitable for a particular job. Property records, images and measurements can be missing, outdated or approximate. Verify important facts in the field and use professional judgment before pricing work, ordering materials, scheduling service or relying on a draft.
The service does not provide legal, tax, accounting, engineering, architectural or other licensed professional advice.
6. Payments and third-party services
Free Invoice Love does not hold customer funds or decide whether a charge is valid. Payments go through the method or provider selected by the professional. Third-party services have their own terms, privacy practices, availability and fees. You are responsible for payment instructions, refunds, disputes, taxes and compliance that apply to your business.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to:
- break the law, infringe rights, deceive, harass or discriminate;
- send unauthorized, unsolicited or abusive communications;
- submit information you do not have permission to use;
- upload malware or interfere with security, availability or other users;
- reverse engineer or scrape the service except where law expressly permits it; or
- misrepresent automated drafts, public property information or preliminary measurements as independently verified facts.
8. Your content and our materials
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give Free Invoice Love a limited license to host, process, reproduce and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure and improve the service and comply with law.
Free Invoice Love’s software, design, branding and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership. If you send feedback, we may use it without restriction or compensation.
9. Availability and changes
We may add, change, limit or discontinue features and may update these Terms. We will post a revised date when they change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
10. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Free Invoice Love disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted service or that every output, property fact, delivery or third-party connection will be accurate or successful.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Free Invoice Love and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, payment disputes or decisions based on a draft or third-party information. Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid Free Invoice Love during the 12 months before the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so part of this section may not apply to you.
12. Disputes and general terms
Before filing a claim, contact us and describe the issue so both sides can try to resolve it informally. Applicable law determines the courts and law governing a dispute. If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms stay in effect. A failure to enforce a term is not a waiver.
13. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent through the Contact form. Choose the topic “Terms” and include enough information for us to understand the request.
