Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Free Invoice Love collects, why we use it and the choices available when you create, save or send business documents.
1. Scope
This policy applies to the Free Invoice Love website, workspace, account verification, document delivery, customer-facing document pages and support requests. It does not govern a professional’s own privacy practices or third-party websites and payment services.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide, including:
- account and contact details, such as a name, mobile number, language and verification status;
- business and customer details entered into an estimate, quote, invoice, appointment or payment request;
- job information, service addresses, scope, pricing, dates, payment instructions and uploaded branding;
- messages sent to the assistant or support team, including a preferred reply method; and
- delivery details needed to send or share a document.
We may also receive public or licensed property information for an address you submit and basic technical records such as timestamps, request status, browser type, IP-derived security signals and error logs.
Draft and session data may be saved in your browser so work can survive a refresh. Free Invoice Love does not ask for or store customer payment-card numbers.
3. How we use information
We use information to create and restore work, verify accounts, answer requests, retrieve property information, generate and edit documents, complete requested delivery, protect the service, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors and improve reliability.
Messages and document instructions may be processed by automated systems to understand a request and produce a draft or suggested action. A person may review a support request when needed to respond or investigate a problem.
5. Information about your customers
A professional may enter information about a customer or other contact. The professional is responsible for having authority to use that information and for providing any notice or obtaining any consent required for the professional’s own business communications. Free Invoice Love processes that information to provide the service requested by the professional.
6. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain account and document history, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. Retention may vary by record. Information saved only in a browser remains there until it expires or is cleared on that device.
We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed for the information we process. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so do not enter sensitive information that is unnecessary for a business document.
7. Your choices and privacy rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information associated with you. Depending on where you live and whether a law applies, you may also have rights to obtain a portable copy, restrict certain processing, opt out of sale, targeted advertising or qualifying profiling, appeal a denied request, and receive equal service when exercising a right.
We may need to verify a request and may retain information when an exception applies. Free Invoice Love does not currently sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
8. Children
Free Invoice Love is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision. For a privacy request or question, use the Contact form and identify the request as “Privacy.”
